Tevalis EPOS Review: Pricing and Payments
Tevalis does not publish a single price: it is a hospitality EPOS sold by demo and quote, aimed at multi-site hospitality operators. Its strongest point for operators is choice on payments, with 9 card payments partners in its directory, so the card rate is something you can shop around for rather than accept.
Checked 1 November 2026 on Tevalis's own website. Tevalis publishes little for buyers, so this page is short on purpose.

Tevalis pricing
| Software fee | Not published |
| Hardware | Not published |
| Contract length | Not published |
| Card processing rate | Not published (set by whichever payments partner you choose) |
We will not guess at figures Tevalis does not publish. When you get a quote, ask for four numbers in writing: the software fee per terminal per month, the hardware total, the minimum term and the cost of leaving early.
Tevalis payments partners
Tevalis's integrations directory lists Adyen, Barclaycard Payments, Dojo, Freedompay, Global Payments, Paymentsense, Planet, Stripe and Worldpay under payments. That breadth is useful: you can take quotes from several of them and pick the cheapest, instead of being tied to the till supplier's own processing. If your current provider is on the list, ask Tevalis in writing whether your existing merchant account can be connected, which would avoid a second switch.
Worked example: why the card rate matters more than the till
On a venue taking £5,000 a month on cards:
- Each 0.1 percentage point of card rate: £5,000 × 0.1% = £5.00/month
- Two partner quotes 0.3 points apart: £5.00 × 3 = £15.00/month, or £180.00 a year
- Across five sites at the same volume: £180.00 × 5 = £900.00 a year
For a multi-site group, that gap compounds with every venue, which is why it pays to put the partners in Tevalis's list against each other. Our free statement review gives you a benchmark rate to take into those conversations.
Support and switching
Tevalis says support is available 24 hours a day, 364 days a year. For operators moving from another system, an assigned project manager runs the move, with staff training and systems pre-configured with your data.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Tevalis EPOS cost?
Not published. Tevalis sells by demo and quote, and its site lists no software, hardware or contract prices (checked 1 November 2026). Ask for the software fee per terminal, the hardware cost, the contract length and the exit terms in writing.
Which card machines work with Tevalis?
Tevalis's integrations directory lists these payments partners: Adyen, Barclaycard Payments, Dojo, Freedompay, Global Payments, Paymentsense, Planet, Stripe and Worldpay. You choose the partner, and the card rate is whatever that partner quotes; Tevalis publishes none.
Where is Tevalis based?
Tevalis's registered address is Bridgehead Business Park, Boothferry Road, Hessle, HU13 0DH, near Hull, with a further office in London (Theobalds Road). It was founded in 2005 by James Cook.
Is Tevalis right for a single café or pub?
Probably not as a first choice. Tevalis describes itself as built for multi-site hospitality operators, and with no published prices a small venue cannot compare it quickly. A single site taking £5,000 a month is usually better served by a till with published pricing.
